Six Month Group Coaching Supervision - July 2025

Group Supervision provides a dedicated space for coaches to process, reflect and grow.

This Six Month Group Supervision Pod is designed to facilitate growth, connection and professional resilience through structured peer support in small groups of three coaches with Supervisor Emma Dempsey

Coaches come together in a confidential, structured space to:

✔ Reflect on practice: Explore challenges, share experiences, and gain valuable insights from peers.

✔ Strengthen resilience & well-being: Navigate the emotional and psychological demands of coaching to sustain energy and motivation

✔ Discuss coaching: Bring real-world coaching scenarios, receive feedback and consider alternative perspectives.

✔ Ensure professional well-being: Stay aligned with ethical best practices and maintain high-quality coaching standards.

Structure & Commitment

Session Length: 1hr 45mins

Small Groups: A max of three coaches per group

Confidential & Supportive: A warm and non-judgmental space for open reflection

Facilitated by accredited coach and supervisor Emma Dempsey

Each Supervision Pod takes place on the 2nd Monday of every month for six months, providing continuity, support and a space for ongoing development.

Sessions will be from 2pm – 3.45pm (UK time) on the following dates:

11th August
8th September
13th October
10th November
8th December

Payment is taken each month for six months once you have signed up and agreed to terms and Conditions, see opposite.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Stellar Conversations. We believe in creating clear, supportive agreements to ensure the best coaching and supervision experience. Please review the following Terms and Conditions before committing. Once you have read through if you are in agreement tick the box above.

The supervisor and supervisee are entering into a six-month coaching supervision contract. This consists of 1hr 45 minutes of supervision once a month for six months. It is a group supervision session with no more than three coaches attending. The supervisor is Emma Dempsey. Sessions will take place via Zoom.

The supervisor will bring themselves free from distractions to every Supervision session and encourage the supervisee to do the same.

COMMUNICATION

The supervisee will receive an email reminder the day before each session.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken once a month via Stripe. £87 a month inclusive of VAT. No refunds are available.

RELATIONSHIP

The relationship is a Supervisory relationship and there is not any kind of psychological counselling.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING OF SESSIONS

Because of the nature of the group supervision, dates are set from the beginning, and there is no flexibility unless everyone is in agreement. If a session can’t be attended, the payment is non-returnable.

Confidentiality & Privacy Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are paramount. No information will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except in the following cases:

1. If there is a serious concern for your safety or that of another person (we will discuss this with you first when possible).

2. If legally required to disclose information.

3. For professional accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and other coaching bodies, where coaching hours, including your name and email, may be logged. The ICF is GDPR-compliant and treats this data confidentially.

Data Protection:

Personal information (e.g., contact details) is collected to deliver services and maintain records.

Stellar Conversations Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and is committed to secure data handling.

An administrative assistant has access to Emma’s emails for scheduling and administrative purposes.

Data Retention: Your personal data will be stored securely and deleted after seven years.

Intellectual Property

Any learning materials provided during coaching remain the intellectual property of Stellar Conversations Ltd. You are granted the right to use these materials for personal development only. Duplication, distribution, or sale of materials to third parties is not permitted.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through open communication and, if necessary, mediation before pursuing legal action.

General Terms

This page constitutes the entire agreement between the Supervisee and Stellar Conversations Ltd.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Scotland.

By agreeing to Terms and Conditions the Supervisee acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
