Participant Enrolment Agreement - The Stellar Mentor Coaching Programme

Thank you for joining us for our Mentor coaching programme.  We want it all to be clear for you so please read over The Terms and Conditions before committing.

As the mentee / customer you are entering into a group mentoring programme. This consists of seven hours of group mentor coaching and three hours of one- to-one coach mentoring.

The programme will have no more than seven mentees attending. The Coach mentor is Emma Dempsey. Sessions will take place via Zoom.

The Coach mentor will bring themselves free from distractions to every session and encourages the mentee to do the same.

The group dates are as stipulated on the webpage and cannot be changed. As mentee you will receive three hours of one-to-one coach mentoring taken with a minimum duration of ninety minutes. These must be arranged within twelve months of the programme start date.

It is always requested that your behaviour towards others is open minded and respectful. Stellar Conversations Limited will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other programme participant. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate Stellar Conversations Ltd reserve the right to remove you from the programme with immediate effect.

Training Specifics

The Stellar Group Mentoring Programme is focused on supporting you towards your ICF accrediting pathway. It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught to your own circumstances both during the sessions and afterwards. Everyone is unique, and their starting position and commitment is unique to them. It is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience specific results.

Please be aware that the sessions are delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text. Captions are provided on all videos.

Should you require any support in your learning then please email [email protected]

In usual circumstances you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. We aim to respond to you within twenty-four hours if you email during those hours.

The mentee will receive an email reminder the day before each session. Email correspondence is welcomed for arranging one to one sessions.

The relationship is a coach mentor relationship and there is not, or will there ever be, any kind of psychological counselling.

Because of the nature of the group mentor coaching, dates are set from the beginning, and there is no flexibility unless everyone agrees. If a session can’t be attended, the payment is non-returnable.

For individual Coach Mentoring sessions please give at least 48 hours’ notice when you are looking to cancel or change a session, please email [email protected].

If it is less than 48 hours, the coach mentor will try to accommodate the change but it can’t be guaranteed.

We may cancel a session on at least 24 hours’ notice to you or at any time in the event of circumstances outside of our control. If we cancel a Session, no fee shall be payable for such session, and we will re-schedule the session at the earliest mutually convenient time.

Group Mentoring for ICF Accreditation (Sep 2024)

Our ICF Mentoring Groups programme with Emma Dempsey will both prepare you for your ACC ICF accreditation application and support your growth and development as a coach.

This group programme includes three group sessions over three months and two ninety-minute individual sessions per participant. A total of ten hours, as required by the International Coaching Federation.

The ten hours of mentor coaching are required for the following pathways: ACC ACSTH, ACC Portfolio, ACC Renewal and Level 1 / ACSTH.

The groups are kept small for optimal learning, with a max of six coaches per group.

The sessions are not about satisfying a tick box exercise for the ICF.  They are about aligning to set of great competencies, and really embedding them into your practice and growing as a coach because of this.

It is our aim that the group will be a safe, nurturing space to ask all the questions and to make as many mistakes as you need to and to grow from them.

Emma brings her wealth of experience as a Coach Mentor, Supervisor and Educator and creates a warm and welcoming environment for you to do your best learning. You will also have access to an online learning portal with resources that will support your ICF mentoring journey.
