The STELLAR Method: Impactful Workplace Conversations

Thank you for joining us on The STELLAR Method.  We want it all to be clear for you so please read over The Terms and Conditions of the training before committing. 

In this self-paced training we share skills and learnings from the world of coaching to facilitate more impactful conversations. The training consists of a series of short videos introducing you to our STELLAR Method, a framework of skills and learning. The programme includes our STELLAR Method workbook.

Training Specifics: This training is focused on teaching you skills to facilitate impactful conversations . It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught to your own circumstances both during the training and afterwards.  Whilst previous participants of Stellar Conversations training have made strides professionally and personally, it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience specific results.
Please be aware that the sessions are delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text. Captions are provided on recordings.

Support: The aim for this training is that you should be able to access the course material with ease. Should you require any support in respect to accessing the training then please email [email protected] and will do what we can to help. The support we provide is limited to technical assistance related to accessing the course materials and resolving issues such as login difficulties or video playback problems.  We will aim to respond within 24 hours during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm).

Access Duration: Upon purchase, you are granted access to the course materials for a period of 24 months. After this period, your access to the materials will expire, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Extensions may be granted at the discretion of Stellar Conversations Ltd. In the event that an employee leaves an organisation during the course access period, their access using workplace email will be revoked. Access is non-transferable, and a new license must be purchased for any new employee wishing to participate in the course.

Protecting your personal data: Stellar Conversations Ltd is committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office https://ico.org.uk/ All personal data collected from individual participants will be processed in accordance with data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For corporate clients, it is the responsibility of the organization to inform their employees of how their data will be used in connection with accessing this course.

Intellectual Property : You will be provided with programme materials. At all times, even following completion of the programme, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with Stellar Conversations Limited. The course materials, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, and any supplementary resources, are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You are not permitted to share, copy, distribute, or sell any portion of the content to third parties. Your enrollment in this course is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or transfer your access rights to another individual, either for free or for compensation. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the course materials, videos, or other content provided by Stellar Conversations Ltd.

Modification of Course Content: Stellar Conversations Ltd. reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of the course content at any time, without prior notice. We are committed to ensuring that the material remains current and relevant. You will be provided access to any updated materials if changes are made during your access period.  Completion of the course is based on the version of the material available at the time of your enrollment, and there is no obligation to revisit or reassess your progress based on subsequent updates.

Refunds: All payments for The STELLAR Method: Impactful Workplace Conversations are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the course outline and understand that it is a self-paced, recorded training programme. Due to the digital nature of the materials and immediate access provided upon enrollment, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be granted. 

Revocation of License: Stellar Conversations Ltd reserves the right to terminate individual access to the course materials and revoke this license without notice if you breach any of the terms outlined herein, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution or duplication of the course content. Stellar Conversations Ltd. reserves the right to terminate access for an organization and its employees in the event of a breach of these terms. 

Bulk Licensing and Multiple Users: For corporate purchases, access to the course is granted based on the number of licenses purchased. Each license is assigned to a specific employee and is non-transferable. The number of licenses required must match the number of employees accessing the course materials. Sharing login credentials between employees is strictly prohibited.

Customization and Branding: Customization of course content or branding specific to your organization can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your requirements. Customization is subject to agreement and will not be provided as part of standard course access. Customization requests must be confirmed in writing and are subject to agreement between the parties. Additional fees will apply, and delivery time will depend on the nature of the customization.

Reporting and Progress Tracking: Stellar Conversations Ltd. does not provide individual progress reports or tracking data to corporate clients unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

General : We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the training delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.  Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. 

By enrolling in this course, you agree that the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably before pursuing formal legal action. Any formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
