The Growth Club for Coaches

The Growth Club for Coaches will take place online in a closed Facebook community and resources will be accessed via a closed webpage which you will have access to via a password and log in.

Emma Dempsey will be present in the Facebook group most days, during the daytime (except weekends and holidays) to support you.

There are three main elements to the programme:

• Masterclasses
• Implementation Lab
• Private Facebook group

Masterclasses

Every month in the Growth Club for Coaches there will be a masterclass facilitated by either Emma Dempsey or a guest expert. Masterclasses are determined by the needs of the group and will be delivered on Zoom for a maximum of ninety minutes.

Implementation Lab

The Implementation Lab will take place monthly via Zoom for ninety minutes. These sessions will be responsive to the needs of the group as deemed suitable by Emma Dempsey and Lynsey Cowan. The Implementation Lab is to support you with the systems and tech you might need in your business. Sessions will include teaching, hot seating and demonstrations.

Private Facebook Group

The intention of the Facebook group is to provide a community support network and it will be a substantive method of communication. Emma Dempsey will post and offer support in the group. Please note that an admin assistant will also be in the group. There is no guarantee that a Facebook mailbox will be monitored and that posts will be responded to immediately.

Behaviour

It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is open minded and respectful. Emma Dempsey and Stellar Conversations Limited will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other course participant. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate Stellar Conversations Ltd reserve the right to remove you from the programme with immediate effect.

General

It is the intention that The Growth Club for Coaches will run continuously over the year. While Emma Dempsey will be present in the group over the year she will also be taking holidays and breaks. During these times there will be someone on hand to support the group.

One-to-one calls

Should you wish to have more support during the programme, you can add 1hr coaching calls with Emma Dempsey, these are dependent on availability. Please email Emma on [email protected] to arrange additional calls.

Whilst the 1:1 coaching calls are intended to offer additional support Emma Dempsey does not provide any kind of psychological counselling during these sessions. At no time should you delay seeking professional or medical help if you require assistance.

Course Specifics

Following successful purchase of the programme you will receive access to a password protected webpage. Here all course details are kept, including access to workbooks and Zoom links. This is where recorded masterclasses will be stored. You will also be invited to the closed Facebook group.

Whilst previous participants of the Growth programmes have made strides personally and professionally it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience specific results. Failure to engage with the masterclasses and group sessions will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will may limit any results.

Whilst this membership is focused on you growing a business and growing as a coach, the material and conversations that take place can cause additional issues to arise, at no point should you delay in obtaining input from health professionals if you feel that is necessary.

The Growth Club for Coaches may provide strategies and methods to help you create a business that is suited to you. It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught to your personal circumstances both during the programme and afterwards. Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment is unique to them. The aim is that during the membership you will have new information, strategies and techniques and have more clarity and confidence.

Please be aware that the sessions delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text. Captions are provided on all videos.

Payment Terms

The cost of the membership is £49 paid each month ongoing.

Support

Support is offered in our closed Facebook group. The aim for this programme is that you should be able to access the course material with ease. Should you require any technical support in respect of downloads or accessing the recorded videos then we are happy to help you to get up and running. Please email [email protected] and you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. We aim to respond to you within twelve hours if you email during those hours.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. We will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.

Personal information is gathered to enable a professional coaching service to clients, and to keep in contact and maintain records. The information processed may include personal details.

What you say in coaching is confidential. No information will be passed by us (Stellar Conversations Ltd) to third parties without your express permission. The only exceptions are a) If we were seriously concerned for you safety, or that of another person. We would always seek to discuss it with you in the first instance b) If we was required by law to do so c)  Emma Dempsey required to log all client hours, including name and email address, as part of professional accreditation & accountability with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) if they request them, they will also treat them as confidential. The ICF is also subject to GDPR.

Protecting your personal data

Stellar Conversations Ltd is committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. Brief written notes of coaching sessions are kept. These are stored in a locked unit and a password-protected device, along with any emails or other electronic correspondence we have exchanged. An assistant also has access to emails.

You have rights under GDPR including the right to request to see your records, and to have them corrected or erased in certain circumstances. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office https://ico.org.uk/.

Recordings

Please be aware that some training sessions may be recorded, and your name and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others on the programme. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself or your business that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded

please ensure that if you attend any training your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personal identifiable information will be captured. Sometimes participants might share screenshots via social media so again should you not wish to be identified please ensure that your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personal identifiable information will be captured. As you are purchasing digital content which includes data which is produced and supplied in digital form you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances. In purchasing the programme you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.

Intellectual Property

You will be provided with some programme materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with ECDempsey Limited. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.

General

Emma Dempsey will be available by email Monday to Friday out with holidays.

Emma Dempsey will respond within 48 hours during the hours stated. Emails won’t be read during breaks.

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the programme delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part- provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.
