Emma Dempsey is a skilled coach, group facilitator and coach trainer.
Emma created Stellar Conversations because she believes that coaching conversations can transform working environments, relationships and cultures. She has seen it and been part of it.
With a background in Social Development and behaviour change, Emma has twenty years’ experience working with people to support transformation and empowerment, through both organisational and individual change. Emma is a skilled and experienced practitioner and has provided training and support to communities, universities, institutes, businesses and elected members. She has trained and supported hundreds of people in coaching skills and is a qualified Coaching Supervisor.
As a Coach Emma is grounded, evidence based and straight talking with a warm and friendly manner that allows her to challenge her clients within a safe and nurturing space.
With lived experience of neurodivergence Emma is a passionate advocate of clear communication, honest dialogue and creating and delivering training that is inclusive from the outset.

Cari Silver is an ICF accredited Coach, Trainer and Group Facilitator.
With a varied and diverse background in Financial Services, Recruitment and Change Management, Cari is skilled and experienced in facilitation and delivery. She has an intuitive understanding of people and the diversity of teams, and is passionate about helping people unlock their potential, in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Cari has supported hundreds of coaches through their learning journeys and created the conditions for exploration and discovery.
As a Coach and trainer, Cari brings an ease to collaboration that enables others to feel relaxed in the powerful and enabling space she creates.

David Linford-Smith is a BACP registered Psychotherapist, EMCC accredited Coach, Supervisor, Group Facilitator and Trainer.
David supports coaches in their professional and ethical development and facilitates group supervision.
Having previously worked as a film editor and designer at the BBC and a training officer with the International Rescue Corps, David brings a mix of diverse skills and ways of being to the Stellar Conversations Team.
David uses Transactional Analysis as his primary theoretical approach and integrates existentialism and spirituality into his practice. A keen researcher, David is currently undertaking a doctoral programme in the study of psychological trauma.
David is grounded, empathetic and straight talking, he is led personally and professionally by attunement, independence, autonomy, and inclusion. David encourages co-creation and promotes personal empowerment and spontaneity of expression.

Robin is an accredited executive coach who specialises in supporting professionals, leaders, and business owners to thrive both professionally and personally. His approach is practical, people focused, and underpinned in the belief that confidence and mindset are key to creating meaningful and sustainable change.
Before training as a coach, Robin performed for fifteen years as a professional dancer on West End stages. That experience taught him the importance of resilience, presence, and self-belief, qualities he now helps others to develop.
Robin brings his unique blend of insight and coaching expertise to his work.
