Group Supervision Terms & Conditions
CONTRACT DURATION
This Agreement begins on the date of purchase and continues for a period of six consecutive months.
The supervision programme consists of six group sessions, taking place once per month.
Specific session dates and times will be confirmed at the point of booking and/or via email.
Each session lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes and is delivered as a small group supervision session, with a maximum of three coaches per group.
Sessions are typically held on a set day each month (e.g. the second Monday), at a consistent time, however exact scheduling details will be confirmed in advance of the programme start.
All sessions take place via Zoom.
The supervisor is Emma Dempsey.
COMMUNICATION
The supervisee will receive an email reminder the day before each session.
PAYMENT
Payment is taken monthly via Stripe. The programme is structured as a six-month commitment, with six monthly payments of £87 (inclusive of VAT).
RELATIONSHIP
The relationship is a Supervisory relationship and there is not, or will there ever be, any kind of psychological counselling.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING OF SESSIONS
Due to the nature of group supervision, session dates are agreed in advance and are fixed.
If a session cannot be attended, the payment remains non-refundable and the session cannot be rescheduled unless all group participants agree.
GUARANTEES
There are no guarantees that supervision will be what the supervisee is expecting or wanting. If the supervisee decides that it is not for them then please let the supervisor know so it can be discussed
CONFIDENTIALITY
During the sessions personal or private information may be shared. The supervisor will not use this information for their own benefit or disclose it to a third party unless in the exceptions noted below.
As this is a group supervision, the supervisor cannot guarantee total confidentiality, this will be discussed in the first session.
The Supervisor can terminate the contract at any stage and refund for the time left on the programme.
NOTES
Only brief written notes are kept and the supervisees are encouraged to journal and take time to reflect on their supervision journey.
