Take some time to reflect with us here.

Reflective practice is an important part of how we work at Stellar Conversations.

In this recording (one hour and ten minutes) we'll spend some time reflecting on your 2023. You will be asked some reflective questions and spend time thinking about the answers. Reflecting like this can help surface your learnings from the year and support you to enter into 2024 in an intentional way.

Find an uninterrupted space if you can, bring a pen and paper or a device to capture your thoughts, whatever works best for you.
